POSITION DETAILS
Title: Mechanical Planner
Department: Technical/Maintenance
Position Type: Full-time
JOB SUMMARY
Ensure maximum availability of all machines and equipment in the plant sections.
JOB DUTIES
• Assumes responsiblity for all mechanical repairs, modifications, services and safety conditions of all equipment in the plant
• Plan and maintains a list of jobs to be done during the next servicing and repairs of the equipment
• Assigns working resoursec to the jobs according to defined priorities and urgency
• Ensures that all planned activities on equipment servicing, calibrations, testing and repairs are updated on a regular basis
• Ensures that spare parts are purchased on a timely basis, considering the procurement processing time and procedures, also with the supplier’s or manufacturer’s terms of delivey time
• Proposed or recommend equipment replacement or modifications if economically justified or indispensable for operational or safety reasons
• Ensures implementation of COSWIN (computerised maintenance system) system in the plant
• Creates Work orders in the Computerized maintenance system according to the job requests which comes from departments taking into consideration their priority
• Prepares daily, weekly and yearly plan for maintenance
• Planning activities (shutdown, planned maintenance stop activities, corrective WOs)
• Equipment History building (WO feedback)
• Reporting from Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Education & Experience
• Technical University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Up to 2 - 3 years of working experience
