Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparing of project bill of Quantities and quantity take-off estimates with Quantity Surveyor;
• Attend site reviews, on-site meetings, and project meetings and coordinate schedule reviews and submit samples;
• Reviewing of complete working shop drawing from schematic/preliminary design up to construction stage;
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance of materials and works being executed and involved in the fabrication process;
• Reviewing of Shop Drawings and site documents;
• Preparing of Project Progress Report and Constraints;
• Ensure that the architect’s design is delivered by the contractor and is responsible for dealing with any on-site design problems that arise;
• Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at the project site. Reviews, approvals, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in high-quality construction work as a Site Architect;
• Be able to work independently and with initiative;
• Strong attention to detail for conducting site inspections
• Resilience and problem-solving skills - to overcome unexpected challenges during the construction process
• Excellent Reporting skills;
• An ability to make decisions under pressure, so that the project can progress
• Ability to meet deadlines without excuses;
• High level of Planning & Organizing;
• Knowledge of finishes materials & details;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
