Regulatory and Policy Expert (short term).

Requirements:

- Degree and professional certification in law or public policy or related fields
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in regulatory and policy development in the energy sector.

Description: 

The expert will provide local knowledge and expertise and assist the international experts in design an appropriate set of policies and regulatory framework, including power purchase agreement, feed-in tariff mechanism, that will help promote biomass cogeneration project development in Azerbaijan.
