  • Work experience in relevant field
  • Must be able to do documentation and correspondence
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani, English, Russian
  • Computer skills: Office programs – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to work with office equipment

Job description:

  • Welcoming, directing guests approaching the office, and informing the people who will receive them
  • Receive incoming calls and route them to their destination
  • To carry out e-mails and correspondence, to answer the letters received in the general mail
  • Accepting, registering, forwarding documents, delivering them to the address by post or courier (printing and scanning, etc.)
  • To control the completeness of documents, document circulation, ensure correct classification, sorting, recording and proper archiving (conduct clerical work)
  • Preparing order forms for providing office supplies and sending them to the appropriate department
  • To control the ordering and correct purchase of household and food goods purchased for the office
  • To organize internal office administrative work and control the cleanliness of the office
  • To organize the work in accordance with procedures and instructions
  • Execution of tasks given by the management;

Salary: 600-800 AZN Net.
