Responsibilities:

• Excellent subject and curriculum knowledge.
• Excellent planning and teaching well structured lessons.
• Resource-based teaching / collecting and organizing subject resources.
• Assessment skills – assessing student knowledge.
• Classroom (behavior) management.
• Promoting good progress and outcomes by students.
• Motivating, challenging and inspiring students.
• Pastoral care and safeguarding students in the classroom.
• Additional responsibilities (Exam marking, attendance, duties, registers, exam invigilation).

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree is a must
• PGCE, iPGCE or QTS is a plus
• 1+ years of experience as a teacher
• Experience in working at international/English speaking schools is a plus
• Experience in working with Cambridge/Edexcel exam boards is a plus
• Communication and mentorship skills
• Critical thinking
• Creativity
• Excellent subject knowledge
• Excellent classroom management.\
