Job title : Crushing plant Supervisor

Reports to : Crushing plants Manager

Duties &Responsibilities

• organizing work effectively in production area and increasing production volume
• organizing plant operation according to plan and ensure that the production is consistent with required fractions
• quality control
• organizing safe and effective working condition and regime in production areas
• control over following labor safety disciplines
• control over following  internal disciplines, work regime, attendance to work
• informing regional HR supervisor daily about staff attendance
• organizing plannedand current repair of plants
• informing CP manager and provide operative fix in the case of any lethargy
• gathering daily information from operator about production, plant operation and input, check it precisely and report CP manager
• control over efficient use of fuel, lubricants and spare parts
• strict control of continuous overview of equipments and production machines in production areas
• control of orders made by warehouseman for the production area
• fulfill requirements and instructions of Production and CP manager
