Job description:

  • Actively participate in the formulation of the Group’s commercial and operational strategy;
  • Performing periodical reports on external and internal stakeholders and benchmarking analysis in order to support Group’s Strategy execution;
  • Work closely with external consultants on the formulation of strategy and business optimization; 
  • Manage, track and monitor strategic and business optimization projects using different project management tools;
  • Contribute to development of recommendations on key findings and analysis to the management;
  • Support preparation of Strategy related Group wide policy and procedures.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or another related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in related field;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills;
  • Excellent command of English and Azerbaijani languages, both oral and written; Russian is an advantage. 
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment;
  • Sound critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent communication and people relations skills;
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.
