Job description:
- Actively participate in the formulation of the Group’s commercial and operational strategy;
- Performing periodical reports on external and internal stakeholders and benchmarking analysis in order to support Group’s Strategy execution;
- Work closely with external consultants on the formulation of strategy and business optimization;
- Manage, track and monitor strategic and business optimization projects using different project management tools;
- Contribute to development of recommendations on key findings and analysis to the management;
- Support preparation of Strategy related Group wide policy and procedures.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or another related field;
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in related field;
- Strong Microsoft Office skills;
- Excellent command of English and Azerbaijani languages, both oral and written; Russian is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment;
- Sound critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent communication and people relations skills;
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.
