Role Synopsis:

PASHA Property Management LLC is looking for a highly experienced candidate to  fulfil the position of Senior Accountant.

Key Accountabilities: 

• Supervise external audit activities with an interim and annual audit; 
• Produced interim and annual financial statements under IFRS; 
• Liaison with internal and external auditors; 
• Preparation of supporting agreements, reports, and databases for IFRS reporting; 
• Analytical, Quantitative and Qualitative Review of Financial Statements; 
• Reviewing Monthly Management Reports, Budgets and Forecasts;
• Management reporting; Monthly, quarterly, interim and annual reporting; 
• Improve financial status by monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending  actions to management to aid in long-term and short-term decision making;
• Review, analyse and control cost and revenue of assigned projects.

Essential Education: 

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Additional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA or CFA)

Essential Criteria: 

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience 
• Minimum a year of experience of work with external auditors 
• Good knowledge in Azerbaijani, English (Russian preferable)
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel 
• Strong analytical skills; critical thinking skills with the ability to independently solve problems.
