Job Description:

• Leads IT projects, including the design and development of new IT systems and services
• Supervises IT department employees, as well as provides IT support
• Monitors performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
• Monitors daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems
• Identifies problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Coordinates technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance
• Tests, troubleshoots, and modifies information systems so that they operate effectively

Requirements:  

• Master’s degree in Information Technologies or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in IT operations
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages is required; Additional language is preferable.
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
• The ability to focus on details and multitasking.
