Job Responsibilities:

  • Organizes the office layout and maintains suppliers of stationery and office equipment in accordance to cost effective manner
  • Maintains the condition of the office and arranges necessary repairs;
  • Prepares Meeting room before each appointment and ensures that meeting rooms are cleaned after meeting conducted
  • Prepares and sends outgoing correspondence provided by office workers
  • Receives and delivers incoming correspondence to relevant person and/or department
  • Acts with accordance to relevant HSE Policies and Procedures
  • Prepares office statistical reports on stationery and kitchenware by the end of each month
  • Controls and balances office budget and stationery, promo items stock
  • Other tasks required by the Client and Project Manager

Qualifications required:

  • Essential: Bachelor degree in humanitarian discipline              

Skills / Training Competences:

  • Good command of the Azerbaijani, English and Russian language, written and verbal – ability to communicate information clearly, concisely, accurately
  • Computer Literate – particularly Excel and Word.
  • Team Player, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Conscientious, reliable, hardworking, professional, and motivated
  • Customer focus
  • Detail oriented; able to work in a fast paced industry
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Salary: 500 AZN.
