Schedule: Full-time work, Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00. Corporate mobile number

Salary : 1000-1500 AZN (net)

Job responsibilities:

  • Identify contract/tender opportunities within the private and public sector utilizing multiple platforms
  • Formulate, coordinate, and manage the response and submission of all tenders and Request for Proposal
  • Organizing and managing the preparation and submition of bids;
  • Prepares initial tender documentation and coordinate obtaining the required approvals
  • Compiling a complete, competitive, accurate and feasible offer with well-organised documentation in accordance with the requirements of the application.
  • Prepares tenders and standardized tender templates and documentation.
  • Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process;
  • Compilation of various input to create a more complete tender proposal
  • Maintains a list of qualified vendors, especially as related to planned tenders
  • Monitors the tender submission process for completeness, consistency, and compliance;
  • Assemble and maintain internal Procurement documentation relating to the tendering process, including recording management approval relating to tendering and contracting actions.
  • Support the implementation and development of tender when successful
  • Assisting with negotiating, drafting and closing contracts in accordance with commercial and legal procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensures the completeness and accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third-party contracts;
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure all aspects of the contracts have been fulfilled, managed, and supported through the procurement process
  • Delivering the tender within the agreed timeframe and budget.
  • Maintains tender files and arranges their archiving upon Tender completion
  • Delivers continuous improvement of all tools and processes relating to tender management and processes

Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor degree in, Business Administration and other related fields.
  • 3-5 years of proven working experience as a Tender Specialist; 
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills; 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
