Baltika-Baku Brewery is seeking for Employee Regulation Specialist. Company offers career opportunities, competitive compensation package (annual base salary + annual bonuses) & benefit package (shuttle bus, meal allowance & etc.)
Working conditions:
Location: Khirdalan, Shamakhi road
Working hours: 40 per a week
Business trips: 1-2 per a year
Short Job description:
Preparation of  HR orders, employment agreements, service agreements, job descriptions & other HR documentation.        Conducting of Attestations in frame of Azerbaijan Republic Legislation.
Preparation of vacation plan, company structure & other routine issues
To work close with Social Found, Labor Inspection & other State Institutions
HR Reporting  (Turnover Rate, FTE & other mandatory reports)
Conducting of   HR internal Audit
Responsible for different kind of daily standard issues (to order salary cards, social cards, to prepare  letters, business trips & etc.)Participation in HR & Company-wide projects ( corporate events, employee referral program &etc )

Requirements:
Min 5 years of related  HR experience.                                                                                                      Fluent in Azeri & Russian, pre-intermediate in English.                                                                           Strong knowledge of AR Legislation (mainly Labor Code).Strong organizational skills.Experience to work in following MS Office programs: Visio, Word, Excel, Power Point
