The HR Manager will:
Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff by reviewing resumes, filtering out unqualified candidates, and handling the majority of the initial screening interviews; conducting actual interviews before final decision makers
Plan and conduct new employee orientation
Identify and manage training and development needs for employees
Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
Research the design, impact, and implementation required for changes or additions to HR activities, and develop sound professional recommendations based on findings.
Manage the design, implementation and monitoring of basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, performance management, job evaluation system, promotion policy, etc)
Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes
Maintain the human resource information system and employee database
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
Direct and coordinate all the activities to ensure that Company personnel policies, procedures and programs are effectively and consistently administered.
Advise Management regarding personnel policies and programs and their effective implementation.
Remain informed regarding policies, employee attitudes and developments in other companies and the Government with respect to personnel matters.
Manage the internal and external job posting process for all jobs in related client area, in support of and in compliance with the clients HR protocols
Participate in the design of guidelines, job descriptions, work flows and other Business Unit specific manuals
Administer employee discipline processes
Conduct exit interviews
Requrements:
University Degree (Masters degree in Business or Information Systems is preferred)
At least 2 (preferably 3) years of experience in HR Management
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
Candidate must possess excellent analytical skills and be methodical in solving problems.
Ideal candidate is an active learner who is detail oriented and has excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to architect and drive change
MS Office user
Fluency in Russian and English is preferred
Work schedule: 6 days in a week
