- Assigning qualified personnel to carry out any maintenance on the equipment
- Input and update of equipment data fields and associated procedures, work plans, risk levels
- Receipt and control of the latest copies of the equipment technical data and vendor O&M manuals
- Receipt and control of the latest copies of the Equipment Standard Maintenance Procedures (ESMP)
- Development and execution of facility specific work instruction, and supporting documentation for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM)
- Evaluation and monitoring of the quality of the maintenance program
- Implementation of O&M Service Contracts for the Facility and Laboratory equipment
- Review, modification and analysis of maintenance procedures and practices to achieve efficiency and cost control
- Assists Operation and Maintenance Engineer, local national in carrying out day-to-day work activities in country
- Coordinate with the Facility Coordinator scheduling of work order activities
Namizədə tələblər
- Good oral and written communication skills regarding technical matters with both project and subcontractors personnel
-Good knowledge of oral and written English.
- Good knowledge of general business practices and administrative procedures
- Proficient in organizing tasks for completion by an agreed deadline
- Knows how to deal professionally with subcontractors and project personnel
- Thorough understanding of materials and equipment being expedited
Salary 1300 -1500 AZN
