What you'll do:

  • Monitor web-sites/trading platforms to identify new biddings/competitions, results of biddings/competitions
  • Collect, process and monitor incoming requests for proposal
  • Get expert analysis of client's bidding documents
  • Interact with bidding ordering parties and organizers
  • Request and review bidding documentation requirements, submit clarification requests
  • Get necessary information from respective company departments to compose bids/tender responses; interact with all company departments
  • Control terms of bids application, terms of documents preparation and bidding process period
  • Prepare and formalize complete package of bidding documentation, fulfill standard forms
  • Analyze technical part of bid to confirm its compliance with current legislation
  • Get electronic digital signature; arrange accreditation at platforms
  • Submit documents personally
  • Compose databases of submitted bids, clients
  • Maintain internal databases for bids preparation
  • Prepare work statements
  • Analysis of efficiency of current tender related processes and proposition of action steps to increase efficiency

You bring (Experience & Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Finance preferred
  • From 3-5 years of experience in legal/finance/commercial or administrative departments with big contracts/documents flow
  • Experience of preparation documents for bidding, including dealing with electronic platforms would be a plus
  • Excellent time management, including ability to move working hours depending on current goals and needs
  • Good knowledge of tender/bidding legislation, ability to act as an expert for internal clients on all matters related to preparation of tender documents
  • English – both written and verbal upper-intermediate, Azerbaijanese and Russian languages as a plus
  • Experienced PC user, MS Excel, Word, Power point
