Education and Experience:

MA or BSc in Laws will be considered an advantage;
5-6 Years of Corporate Law experience;
Overall broad legal knowledge (corporate, intellectual property, employment law, etc.) ;
Proactive and able to identify issues, legal risks, and potential liabilities;
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, a keenness to develop legal client relationships, and excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize;
Experience working within a Corporate team and being able to demonstrate a strong track record;
General corporate work including corporate restructurings, shareholders agreements, joint ventures, and limited liability partnership agreements, specifically drafting the principal documents;
Excellent judgment and analytical skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Give accurate and timely counsel to executives on a variety of legal topics (employment law, product liability, contracts, international ventures, corporate finance, etc.)
Develop the company’s policy and position on legal issues
Research, anticipate, and guard the company against legal risks
Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
Study regulatory requirements for procurement per state as needed
Research and prepare legal opinions on various civil matters including claims for compensation against the company.
Draft and review legal letters, contracts, and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as requested.
Draft, amend, review and recommend modifications or related laws and regulations governing the company.
Represent the company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials, etc.)

Working Conditions:

Location: BEGOC Business Center;
Work schedule Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00;
Health insurance is provided by the company;
Salary depends on interview and experience plus great benefits including annual bonus.
