Job Description:

• English and /or German language skills
• Participation in procurement procedures
• Study, sketches and design planning
• Planning to obtain  necessary permits
• Execution of detailed plans
• Coordinate all planning consultants
• Investment management, implementation management
• Project-oriented work

Job skills and requirements:

• Knowledge of 3D visualization software (e.g. Photoshop, Cinema4D ...)
• Knowledge of BIM
• Knowledge at user level about AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, Lumion
• Training in the following software for the project management ABK, TERC
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
