Rig Asset Team, part of SDA and ACG well Operations team is recruiting a team assistant with the intent to expand the role to include technical assistance and document control within the team. Successful applicant will be required to play a key role in supporting the project engineers in their day to day activities and interfaces with other teams.
Key purpose of this job is to provide daily secretarial and administrative support to the team members, but will be expanded into a more technical administration and document control.
Key accountabilities
• Control and support RAM team Engineering Library, implement archiving of technical documentation;
• Help the project engineers with day to day project cost control and tracking.
• General secretarial and administrative support to the team.
• Management of change (eMOC) coordination
• Preparation of presentations and detailed spreadsheets
• Liaison with external agencies where required
• Procurement of office and IT support equipment.
• Invoice tracking
• Data compilation & data management
• External and internal correspondence management
• Meeting arrangement and coordinating
• Local events arrangement
• Travel planning and booking
• Monitor and update departmental web site
Essential Education
• University degree (Candidates with technical background is preferred)
Essential experience and job requirements
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• At least 2 years of experience in admin role
• Excellent MS Office and Microsoft applications skills
• Understanding of database management
Other essential skills and knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Have good communication skills
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong working knowledge of document management principles and practices
Desirable criteria & qualifications
• Working knowledge with eMOC and Documentum systems
