Requirements:
- University degree, master's degree is preferred;
- 4+ years of work experience;
- Strong analytical skills, understanding business intelligence, KPIs and metrics;
- Good knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL knowledge is a plus;
- Good knowledge of Statistics and Machine Learning algorithms;
- Understanding of data pipelines and databases;
- Good knowledge of reporting tools as a power user/creator, preferably Tableau;
- Python or any other programming language for data science is a plus;
- Data-driven and agile mindset;
- Good English knowledge, Russian is a plus;
- Banking experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Extract, transform, clean the data from different sources;
- Apply data science methods in different business use cases;
- Capture meaningful insights from data and turn them into competitive advantages for the business;
- Analyze product features and customer behaviors to inform the team’s decision making ;
- Support the team with other analytical services as per need basis;
- Work closely with product owners, business analysts and software developers;
- Create and maintain dashboards on Tableau;
- Prepare ad-hoc and standard reporting.
