Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all Administrative tasks for the office
  • Assisting and providing support to Country Manager
  • Man the reception, receive and assist guests
  • Answer phone calls, take/distribute messages accordingly
  • Organize documents dispatch via courier or post office, and update dispatch log
  • Distribute, mails/documents received via courier and update incoming documentation log
  • Assisting and providing necessary support to other departments (HR, Accounting, Business Development & Sales, Operations departments)
  • Participate in online/offline business meeting
  • Ensure compliance of all administrative procedures and systems with requirement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
  • Organize hotel and travel bookings, and provide summary report
  • Prepare documents required for entry visa application for various countries
  • Tourist visa application through travel agency
  • Inventory/replenish of office supplies
  • Organize vehicle management
  • Prepare POA, letters and other requested documentation
  • Maintain and update admin files
  • Other job related to Admin Dept.                                                                                                                                                                                                           

Requirements include:

  • Education – Bachelor (completed)
  • Employment Status – unemployed
  • Languages – Azerbaijan (fluent), English (professional proficiency), Russian (professional proficiency)
  • Living Location – Baku City limits.

Salary (net) – AZN 500.00

Working Days – Monday to Friday

Working Hours – 09:00 to 18:00
