Job responsibilities:

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents;
• Provision of legal expertise of the documents with respect to compliance to existing legal requirements and possible legal risks;
• Secure compliance of activities of the organization with relevant laws and regulations;
• Provide legal advice and support to structural units of the organization;
• Review contract terms and conditions, make sure that they comply with state laws and company policies;
• Identify legal issues within the business and provide legal analyses and possible legal solutions;
• To support researching current and potential legal risks;
• Analyze, research and summarize legal information;
• Support in preparation of tender documents;
• Tender management;
• Knowledge and working with PSA contracts;
• To represent company in the courts and other state bodies;

Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in law;
• At least 3-5 years of corporate law experience;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is advantage);
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relational skills;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and in stressful conditions;
• Attentive to details;
• Experience of to apply of exemption certificates from TAX and Custom Authorities in the frame of PSA contracts (mandatory);

• Schedule: Full-time work, Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00;
