A Shipbuilding Company is looking for Foreman/Supervisor(Rigger):

Key requirements
At least three (3) years direct working experience in the shipbuilding or offshore industry;
• Develop  and approval of lifting plan and conduct Job Safety analysis with the Project Manager.
• Read and understand & implement all application to ensure at all time the rigging work at the high standard of Safety.
• Complete all work scope in accordance with work  instruction/procedure/drawing/sketch.
• Provide support to other trade/discipline who required to form part of the integrated multi-discipline team.
• Apply relevant Permit To Work(PTW) prior to work execution.
• Conduct tool Box talk to the team member to brief on work executional in the control and safe manner.
• Has the desire to learn and develop within the role.
• Demonstrate experience in a Supervisory/Foreman role in Rigging & lifting operation.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety .
• Communicate well and effectively with team member.
• Good maintenance/storage of the Rigging tool and gear in an acceptable manner.

Ability to communicate and express information in written or oral form in Azeri and English.
