Engin Ltd is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist for its head office in Baku.
Trade Marketing Specialist
Tasks:
• Development, identifying needs and local production of promotional materials.
• Coordination of sales promotion activities.
• Coordination of company's work with advertising agencies.
• Coordination of pricing for emerging and current products.
• Preparation of marketing budgets for trademarks.
• Planning of market promotion campaigns.
• Monitoring of major competitor activities.
• Analyzing company sales data.
• Communication with partners.
Main functions:
• Analyzes sales activities and sales perspectives
• Manages multiple brands / product groups, including pricing of new and existing types of products.
• Maintains communication with advertising agencies with the purpose of issuing promotional materials, organizing actions and various campaigns.
• Conducting product presentations.
• Develops promotion actions and campaigns to promote the product on the market.
• Evaluates demand for products and services.
• Tracks market trends and consumer behavior.
• Tracks sales programs.
• Carries out general financial analysis.
• Preparing reports.
• Liaise with current partners.
• Discusses current cooperation issues.
• Employs knowledge of economic trends.
• Employs written communication skills in sales promotion work.
• Employs marketing techniques.
• Employs knowledge of products in marketing work.
• Uses public relation technologies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master degree in Business Administration, Marketing
• Qualification or relevant experience in a trade marketing or retail environment.
• Fluency in Russian, Azeri and English.
• Superior organisational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Capable of working autonomously.
• Detail oriented with excellent administrative skills
• Presentation and negotiating skills.
• Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and resourcefulness.
