Position -HR Specialist

Location – Baku
Startup Salary – 400 AZN + lunch
Working days – Mon-Fry (09:00-18:00), Sat (09:00-15:00)

Requirements:

High Education
At least 1 year experience in the human resources - documentation field
Having exposure on HR related policies, procedures as organization Development, HR Information Systems (1C), employee relations, training & development and employment, documentation.
Good knowledge of labor code and employment related laws
Must be proficient in the use of MS Office programs
Fluent Azeri and Russian language skills
