Position Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all supply chain operations.
• Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
• Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
• Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
• Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
• Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.
• Answering customer queries.
• Manage various supply database systems to maintain the highest level of aircraft readiness.
• Manage & coordinate logistics for shipments of product purchase and sell throughout the assigned region from manufacturer to country coordinator/sub.
• Analyze operations and continuously evaluate methods for implementing field material control processes, procedures, and tools for managing project materials.
• Stock shelves with items and maintains predetermine inventory levels; identifies patient-chargeable items and verifies patient-care unit conformity to charging procedures.
• Work closely and effectively with vendors to troubleshoot issues and perform system upgrades.

Essential Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of  working experience in Sangachal Terminal
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Analytics (preferred)
• 3+ years' experience in customer service or logistics management
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Previous customer service experience
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
