- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Perform general clerical duties: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements.
- Arrange and confirm appointments
- Business correspondence, formatting reports and proposals.
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide Information
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline, Computer Literate
- Office Management and Secretarial Skills
- MS Office suite
- Speed typing
- Work experience- 3 years
