Background:

  • Bachelor degree or higher (law and corporate governance is preferred);
  • 1+ years of relevant experience preferred;
  • Previous experience in banking preferred;
  • Familiarity with legal and financial documents, their purpose and application;
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize, prioritize and complete work assignments/projects;
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with team, peers, managers, and the public, on both individual and group levels;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, Intermediate knowledge of English and Russian languages.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of, and participate in Committee meetings;
  • Contribute to the drafting of key Committee documents, such as agendas, summary records and other related  documents;
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures;
  • Provide legal feedback to reviewed documents in according with Banks’ legislation;
  • Strategic and administrative support to the Board, including agenda planning, coordinating papers and ensuring best practice governance and operations.
