Background:
- Bachelor degree or higher (law and corporate governance is preferred);
- 1+ years of relevant experience preferred;
- Previous experience in banking preferred;
- Familiarity with legal and financial documents, their purpose and application;
- Ability to effectively plan, organize, prioritize and complete work assignments/projects;
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with team, peers, managers, and the public, on both individual and group levels;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Intermediate knowledge of English and Russian languages.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of, and participate in Committee meetings;
- Contribute to the drafting of key Committee documents, such as agendas, summary records and other related documents;
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures;
- Provide legal feedback to reviewed documents in according with Banks’ legislation;
- Strategic and administrative support to the Board, including agenda planning, coordinating papers and ensuring best practice governance and operations.
