Project Team Manager/ Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Have knowledge of building infrastructure maintenance, operation and automation tools including electrical, mechanical, HVAC life safety and security systems;
• Interpret job requirements, plan the work, organize equipment/materials and work permits;
• Understand and respond appropriately to the requirements of other disciplines;
• Operate effectively as part of a multi disciplined team;
• Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns;
• Effective planning of work in conjunction with the work of the team as a whole;
• Complete task and defect sheets;
• Provide written reports as required;
• Assist in all areas of field operations when require;
• Ensure Health & Safety Responsibilities are adhered to and understood;
• Work in hazardous areas under ‘permit to work’ regulations;
• Install, replace and test equipment according to diagram specifications;
• Responsible for installation and testing of equipment;
• Responsible for working from drawing with ability to read and write to diagrams;
• Work to recognized standards / procedures / codes of practice;

The Candidate should have:

• Higher technical education
• Good English knowledge

• At least 5 years of work experience in managerial technical positions;
