İşin təsviri
Assisting department and assistant department managers to:
- Organize daily resources and priorities of the store
- Guarantee that the merchandise and store image meet corporate criteria
- Monitor the department’s sales and daily staff organization
- Assure the quality of customer service within the section and lead the team for the best customer satisfaction experience
- Resolves customer service issues and follows up with corresponding corporate department
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 year of experience at cosmetic section
- Strong analysis, prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and delegate tasks
- Articulate with excellent communication skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong initiative and self-motivation
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
- Open/flexible to work varied hours including nights, weekends and/or holidays
- Ability to maintain professional standards of personal presentation, in order to present the image of the brand
