Title: Receptionist/Office Manager
Position: Full-time position (Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.)
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• answer telephone, screen and direct calls
• greet persons entering organization, direct persons to correct destination
• ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
• prepare letters and documents
• receive and sort mail and deliveries
• schedule appointments, organize meetings
• organize office operations and procedures
• prepare and collect time sheets
• take care of office maintenance problems
• keep office supplies stocked
• all other duties as assigned by management in support of KONSIS
Requirements:
• university degree
• fluency in Azerbaijani,English and Russian
• at least one year work experience in the similar position
• knowledge of office administration
• excellent interpersonal andteam building skills
• analytical and problem solving skills
• effective organizationalskills
• effective written and oral communication skills
• computer skills
Preferences:
• Female candidates
• Age range 22-35
