Responsibilities:
• Reporting/Financial Manager is responsible for managing the preparation and distribution of periodic financial statements for internal and external use.
• Ensures that reports, filings, and documentation comply with company’s regulations, professional standards and reporting guidelines.
• Working with external auditors.
• Assists with the preparation of the materials for board and shareholders.
• Facilitates the entire process of preparing important reports and earnings statements, particularly PSA related, by gathering and documenting data and preparing and reviewing reports.
• Standardizes the reporting process while also working to improve and streamline it.
• Prepares and reviews all quarterly statements and filings.
• Highly knowledgeable and stays up to date with local laws and regulations and company policies. Also ensures that the entire company is compliant and successfully passes audits.
• In order to assure financial compliance, for the whole company, trains and advises to the company management.
• Communicates all financial laws and regulations, updating management as needed, so that they can avoid occurrences of non-compliance. Should any non-compliance issues surface, assesses and resolves these issues.

Competency Standards:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, or Business Administration, or Contract Management or similar relevant fields
- Proven experience as Reporting or Finance Manager or similar role, managing supply chain operations
- In-depth knowledge of reporting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in collecting and analysing data
- Experience with PSA agreements
- Ability to manage large sets of data
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication abilities, particularly written
- Excellent written and spoken English
