1. Key Goals

• To increase the number of corporate clients of MO in the mobile communications market segment, to meet the company targets.
• To build a strong team to achieve the target.
• To create detailed base for corporate clients and follow it.
• To strengthen relations in corporate segment.
• To work in regions as well in the capital.
• To focuses on objectives how to become a leading operator in corporate segment.
• To know the tariff plans of competitors and to prepare the plan against them and get management approval. 
2. Responsibilities
2.1. Managerial
• To ensure fulfilling of the objectives given by management.
• To follow and analyze the work process of employees to achieve the target.
• To create hearth competition between employees with the way of managing best result on sales.
• To control the knowledge and working ability of the employees periodically and compliance to company policy.
2.2. Operational
• To provide everybody with the sales objectives prepared and given by management inside the Group.
• To ask for the plan to achieve the objectives to preferred customer.
• To strengthen and improve relations with preferred clients.
• To find the way of increasing the quantity of the corporate clients and to pass it tomanagement for approval.
• To present daily, weekly, and monthly reports of Group activities to the management.
• To control keeping corporate numbers active.
• The correct usage and distribution of marketing materials.
2.3. Behavioral
Should be diligent, positive, and with good appearance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be Committed, Positive and Hardworking.
Knowledge of advertising and sales area.
Ability to make fast and result oriented decision.

3.1 Diploma
Master's degree.
3.2 Experience
• Sales or business development experience minimum 3 year.
3.3 Skills
Excellent computer skills.
BDriver license minimum 1 year.
3.4 Languages
« Excellent knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English.
