Job Responsibilities:

• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Managing diaries, often controlling access to the manager/executive
• Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority
• Organising events and conferences
• Organise meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records
• Liaising with internal departments, answering calls
• Email handling


• Higher Education
• Experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Microsoft To Do
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• One or more foreign language knowledge
