Key Responsibilities:
• Checking training availability at Training Calendar regularly;
• Managing training schedules, records;
• Providing training details to customers;
• Cooperating with external vendors;
• Ensuring that any relevant processes are always documented and up to date;
• Carrying out all secretarial tasks and all registration issues as required.
Key Skills:
• Communication Skills;
• Ability to work under the pressure;
• Time Management Skills.
Requirements:
• Bachelor/Master Degree;
• 1-3 years’ experience in Training operations;
• Fluent written and spoken in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Accuracy and attention to details.
