Requirements:

• Higher education (Business /Economics/Marketing/ is beneficial);
• 2+ years of Corporate sales/Marketing/Analytics experience/Customer Relations
• 2+ years of Telecom field - desirable
• Fluency in English, Russian and Azeri languages
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Business Writings skills
• Team playing
• Out of box thinking, creativity
• High level of Self-Motivation and Discipline
• Math and Biz statistics skills • SQL query - desirable
• Master degree in Marketing or MBA - desirable

Responsibilities:

• Invoicing o Timely provide Account Director with all data needed to create an invoice o Assisting to Account Director in invoices preparation o Change management in invoicing – make necessary changes upon request
• Analyzing Customer’s data
• All necessary reports on periodical (daily/monthly basis)
• Follow up of current customer campaigns, tariff plans, changes and analysis of its reflection to our services
• Analyzing trends, best offerings in order to reach max output from the service
• Analyzing statistics re. to customer o Creation and sending necessary reports to Customers
• Managing of all aspects of such reports together with Customer rep and Account Manager
• Sales of additional Products
• Performing Strategic and Marketing proactive vision.
• Working with Customers on business needs and objectives, identifying appropriate strategies, and implementing products to achieve Customer goals.
• Increasing revenue from the Accounts
• Assisting to creating and interpreting effective analyze methods to support marketing recommendations.
• Assisting in developing business expertise standards.
• Assisting in developing and implementing reporting system.
• Timely direct supervisor and management on potential problems.
• Building and developing successful relationships with the Customers
• Analyzing Customers' business and generating new ideas to enhance Customer performance.
• Performing effective within-the-team relations
• Building strong relationships with the Customers’ Senior Management and partners (Advertisement Agencies, Researching Agencies etc.)
• Working with business development team to develop new Customer sales proposals.
• Balancing Customer demands with participation in company initiatives.
• Building strong relationships with existing accounts
• Analyzing existing markets and search for opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager.
