• Collects all new risks to identify
• Document and ensure communication of key risks
• Performs sanity checks on first evaluations
• Gather risk-related data from internal or external resources
• Identify and analyze areas of potential risk to the assets or Project KPI’s
• Passes the consolidated and checked register to Risk Manager
• Updates the process and tools to incorporate lessons learned
• Captures lessons learned
• Recommend ways to control or reduce risk
• Maintain input or data quality of risk management systems/database.
• Produce reports or presentations that outline findings, explain risk positions or recommend changes

Qualifications:

• Degree in relevant field
• 5+ years` of experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Processing information data structuring
• Presentation & reporting skills
• Coordination and on-going monitoring of action plans
• Critical thinking ability
• Fast data absorbing & learning skills
• MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint – advanced level
• Fundamentals of Risk Management (risks categories, risk assessment criteria, heatmap, risk mitigation)

Desired skills & knowledge:

• CRM
• ISO 31000
• Crisis Management
• ERP
• Modelling and Simulation skills

Desired supplement experience:

• Operational Risk Management
• Project coordination
• Business Process Optimization
• Internal Audit (specialist level)
