Key Job Responsibilities

• Experience of construction fields (mainly carried out at site).
• High knowledge to review of any construction drawings, sketch etc.
• Sourcing, negotiating and creating/translating contracts and agreements for construction or equipment, services etc.
• Understands the entire technical documentation process and proactively improve internal processes and controls.
• Preparation of Tender documentation. Proceeding Tender procedures (mainly construction or service of equipment and devices etc.)
• Develops and implements strategies for construction, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensuring the integrity of documentation needed for construction process.
• Knowledge of AutoCad program.
• Prepare official letters, acts, formal and technical documentations.
• Supervision of documentation of construction processes.
• Prepare reports and other statistic documents for management (presentations, status tables, schedules etc.)
• Prepares daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required
• Review technical documents (defect acts, act of acceptance, drawings, sketch etc.)
• Follow documentation process and record necessary data
• Working with internal document flow system (opentext, outlook etc.)
• Other duties as required.

Work Experience and Education Requirements

• Higher education / Bachelor’s degree;
• Work experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or similar field.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Skills in negotiations & networking
• Knowledge of MS Office programs and e-mail at highly proficient level.
• Good level of Azerbaijani, upper-intermediate (B2- IELTS 6.5+) English, good Russian is desirable.
• Age: 25-35

Terms

• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00 – 18:00, 5 working days a week;
• Transportation to site will be provided;
• Salary 800-1200 AZN (net) (Salary will be determined upon the candidate’s education, experience, and professional qualities)
