Position title:  HR Recruitment Coordinator
Employer: Technology Industry LTD Representative
Job experience: min 5 year in Oil and Gas Sector, HR Department
Terms and conditions: 5/2
Location: Baku

Minimum requirement for the candidates:

 Bachelor degree in HR, Public/Business Administration, Psychology and other related disciplines
Ability to work with Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point (in moderate level at least)
Good written and verbal language skills: Azerbaijani, English and Russian
High level of planning and organization, attention to details, strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job description:

       Database Management (establishment and regular update)
Registering with the international websites and good usage of them for the recruitment purposes
Job announcements and postings
Screening applications
Arranging and holding telephone and face to face interviews
Leading negotiation of T&C and Job offer processes
Manages intern program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions; coaching interns; advising managers on training and coaching.
Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Communication with the universities to hire interns and further training within the company.
