Main duties:

Provide advice/assistance and coach production supervision and personnel
Promote HSE culture through example.
Develop and maintain the project HSE plan
Develop and maintain the Emergency Response plan
Develop and maintain HSE documentation such as procedures and instructions
Assist with or carry out audits
Monitor corrective action execution and closeout
Ensure incident investigation is carried out and followed up
Collect and analyze HSE performance data and report results to the Management
Writing manuals, integrating site procedures, coordinating with third company
Requirements for Candidate:
Higher Education
Relevant work experience – minimum 5 year
Fluency in  Azeri / English / Russian
Computer skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Hard and dynamic worker
