Key responsibilities:

- To ensure that all licenses are complete and up to date;
- To coordinate the investigation and timely handling of any software fault reports or enhancement requests;
- To coordinate the timely repair and return to service of any faulty systems or items of equipment;
- To establish and implement procedures to ensure the backup of data in any I.S. system;
- To rebuild data corrupted by either hardware or software faults;
- To establish necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the I.S. systems.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
- 3-5 years of experience working in IT operations (preferably hospitality industry);
- Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies;
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems;
- High level of written and verbal business Azeri, Russian and English;
- High level of social and interpersonal skills;
- Highly developed organizational skills.
