Principal Accountabilities:

o To proactively lead and manage the Project Managers team for the assigned contract to ensure both internal and external customer deliverables achieved whilst complying with contractual, commercial, regulatory requirements and Company / Customer HSE requirements.
o Consults with customers on technical solutions, together with Sales Manager or Key Account Manager.
o Clarifies customers´ targets and requirements, and/or specification in request for proposal (RFP).
o Prepares participation in tender, and leads negotiation with customers.
o Coordinates overall planning of the project and decides on allocation of resources.
o Clarifies specification and continuously liaise with all relevant stakeholders.
o Monitors milestone and adherence to budgets, and initiates actions to minimize non-conformance cost.
o Maintains constant communication to customers, outside contractors or other stakeholders.
o May coordinate agreed commissioning measures onsite, together with Site Engineering Management.
o Adheres to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g. Tax regulations, Export Control, EHS).
o Manages and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff. (This includes FSR resources training and development support and coordination).
o In-country Travel Security support
o Leads PM team.

Experience and Qualifications:

o Achieved academic qualification
o Certified as Project Manager
o Proficiency with control systems or mechanical expertise and ideally experienced within the Rotating equipment / Oil and Gas / Power Generation industry
o Proven technical and analytical capability
o Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role
o Thoroughly PC and IT literate
o Recognized HS&E certification
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact at a reasonably high level
o Fluent in written and spoken Azeri, English and Russian.
