Main duties to be performed:
• To receive all incoming calls, re-direct them to the relevant employees;
• Meet and register visitors;
• Photocopying and scanning of documents;
• To ensure all relevant files and documents are updated;
• Contact IT, maintenance service, etc. for any repair issues, etc.;
• Ensure stationary and kitchen stock is kept at the proper level, refill the stock on a monthly basis following the Company approval procedure
• Ensure purchase orders are issued on time, delivery notes are received, checked and filed
Main Requirement to the candidate:
• Higher Education
• Previous relevant experience is preferred
• Good written and verbal English, Azerbaijani, Russian
• Computer knowledge
• Organizational skills
