Position: HSE / Leasing engineer

Requirements:

1. Only male candidates with fluent English, Azeri and Russian
2. Work experience in Telecom HSE field at least 2 years
3. Excellent managerial and communication skills
4. Proficient computer user
5. Ability to provide trainings
6. Certificates in HSE field could be advantage

Job Description:

1. Studies, validates and implement new trends, requirements for leasing/access and HSE(HEALTH,SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT) works upon request.
2. Ensures the implementation of the rules and procedures related to the activity of the teams, ensuring their respect to business process and company rules
3. To be responsible for informing customer about lease agreement renewable
4. To be responsible for informing customer about access list renewable
5. To ensure 24h*7 days access for project team and 3rd part team involved by customer

6. Ensures the implementation and development of the processes concerning to the responsible area.
7. Coordinates tasks & cooperates closely with other teams and departments
8. Supervises the work to be executed on the operated GSM/UMTS sites notably the ones in strategic sites
9. Audits “ On the Air “ GSM/UMTS sites, in order to control and / or supervise the work executed by the subcontractors 
10. Analyzes and provides solutions to the problems encountered on the responsible areas on all radio field sites
11. Verifies the implementation of solutions to problems encountered during preventive and corrective maintenance  of generators
12. To participate to regular meetings with subcontractors, other departments on base of operational needs and to get case solution according to SLA defined timeframe.
13. To follow-up of the issues on the network with the maintenance subcontractors or suppliers
14. To be responsible for continues operability of responsible equipments uptime per site according to company defined target
15. To give OPEX saving suggestions
16. To prepare and verify training plan for team members
17. To make decision for work quality improvement, service effective and not effective problems solution
18. Respects deadlines and organizes tasks accordingly
19. To ensure compliance of executed works to the business procedures and instructions
20. Preparation of the corresponding reports regarding responsible areas
21. Knowledge and skills sharing
22. Existing systems/reports improvement
23. Regular performing HSE(HEALTH,SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT)updates, inspect people/documents/uniforms/safety accessories and sites for ensuring HSE(HEALTH,SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT) condition and process
24. Ensure availability of HSE(HEALTH,SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT) processes and project team knows/follow up all of them.
25. Ensure availability of HSE(HEALTH,SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT) trainings to project team
26. Ensure availability of HSE(HEALTH,SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT) uniforms and accessories to project team
27. Escalate to customer about sites non safety conditions to work, avoid fatality accidents inside of project team.
28. To be responsible to perform and obey all assigned Manager’s or Team leader’s business related tasks and instructions.  
29. Cascade company  strategies, targets, and priorities down to employees and contribute to identification of Company strategies and priorities
