• Work experience as a Receptionist in the Hospitality industry
• High level of written and verbal business Azeri, Russian and English
• High level of social and interpersonal skills
• Highly developed organizational skills
Job Duties:
• Answer phone calls and manage the spa's schedule
• Manage guests’ records
• Explain spa services to guests
• Track equipment and supplies
• Keep other employees informed of guests' needs
