JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Independently performs difficult engineering tasks to completion that may include a variety of complex features, conflicting design requirements, unusual materials requirements, and the need to coordinate the work of others;
• Excellent technical judgment, and appreciable independent evaluation, creativity, and latitude in making decisions are expected;
• Demonstrates ability to devise innovative solutions to problems;
• Develops objectives, schedules, and estimates for difficult assignments;
• Coordinate between the Project Manager, the Supervisor/Foreman on site and the main office with regards to design, installation details and material selections;
• Reviews progress and evaluates results of work accomplished by self and others;
• Prepares reports, time schedules and presents results to Project Manager;
• Prepare cost estimations and variations together with the Project Manager;
• Prepare and coordinate electrical designs and MTOs for MV, LV, ELV and Firefighting system;
• Prepare calculations, shop an details drawings in 2D and 3D CAD software;
• Familiar with all Company safety and QA/QC procedures, regulations and strictly enforces them with the workforce under his responsibility;
• Pre-commissioning and commissioning of all Mechanical Systems together with the MEP Construction Manager;
• Other duties assigned by Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Industrial and Commercial projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of engineering functions, such as the preparation of plans, and drafting, field survey work, review of consultant design, contract administration, and engineering studies;
• Minimum requirement would be a Bachelor degree in engineering.
• MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of English is preferable.
