Management Secretary

Your Job in Chirag Plaza Hotel & Business Centre

 Act as communication link between the General Directors and external and internal questions
 Be familiar with the  Business Center and Hotel operation.
 Create , Set up processes, order supplies  and ensure equipment is maintained in order to provide an efficient and safe office working environment
 Registration from all income and outgoing mails.
 Prepare the documentation for meetings, obtaining agenda items and taking minutes in each meetings
 Prepare all correspondence for the General Directors collect the signature and keep timeline.
 Maintain an electronic appointment calendar

Requirements :

 Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task, and meet deadlines
 Very good  verbal and written in Russian, Azeri and  English language
 Advanced skills in  Microsoft Office applications
 Experience in Hospitality Business
 Work experience minimum 1 year
