Management Secretary
Your Job in Chirag Plaza Hotel & Business Centre
Act as communication link between the General Directors and external and internal questions
Be familiar with the Business Center and Hotel operation.
Create , Set up processes, order supplies and ensure equipment is maintained in order to provide an efficient and safe office working environment
Registration from all income and outgoing mails.
Prepare the documentation for meetings, obtaining agenda items and taking minutes in each meetings
Prepare all correspondence for the General Directors collect the signature and keep timeline.
Maintain an electronic appointment calendar
Requirements :
Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task, and meet deadlines
Very good verbal and written in Russian, Azeri and English language
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in Hospitality Business
Work experience minimum 1 year
