Requirements for candidate:

• PA will be on duty only for day shift operations.
• 6 working days from
• Must have PC skills literacy and English writing/speaking fluency
• Signaling as banksman in restricted traffics between premises etc.  
• Minimum 1 year experience in transportation/logistics field.
 Roles and Responsibilities
• Preparing task description on PTW and assess the risks together with AA prior to submitting to PTW meeting for ratification.
• To escort sewage carrying vehicle from ST entrance gate to sewage pump out points   
• Daily control of ST site located waste collection points and plan the removals from congested points
• To meet skip trucks at ST entrance gate - check validity status and availability of lifting appliance certificates in driver's document pack.
• To navigate solid/liquid  waste carrying trucks between collection points and sewage sumps - plan to be provided to drivers before entering the site
• To follow the site ops safety rules and report immediately any observed unsafe condition to AA and field HSE
• To act as banksman in necessary areas to regulate long vehicles position safely - using defined and practiced hand signals 
• Fulfill Performing Authority responsibilities with the below listed  tasks:
• Reports and interacts regularly with the AA and AAA on any Management of Change (MOC) issues to ensure the risks from all hazards are mitigated by controls to ALARP.
• Create the Permit and identify the hazards and control measures (Level 1 Risk Assessment) for the task being planned.
• Participate in any Level 2 Risk Assessment where required.
• Ensure that where other persons are involved in the task, they fully understand the scope of the work and the hazards and controls for the job by holding a toolbox talk meeting. This includes ensuring that all of those involved in the specific work activity sign off the worksite hard copy of the Permit.
• Provide the culture to “STOP the Job” if anyone feels unsafe
• Ensure that only personnel authorized by the Permit participate in the work and no unauthorized interference takes place.
• Ensure that all controls are applied prior to commencing task.
• Ensure that only work covered within the scope of the Permit takes place.
• Ensure that lessons learned from the job are captured.
• Ensure that where there are any deviations from the initial Permit conditions the work will be stopped and reassessed.
• Ensure that the worksite is kept in a clean and safe condition both during and upon completion of the job.
• Advance the permit Job Complete or Job Incomplete once the job has been finished and the worksite made safe
• Ensure adequate handovers take place at shift and crew change periods with the oncoming PA and AA.
