 The global oilfield provider of engineered services and products primarily to the
 offshore oil and gas industry declares job vacancies to the following position:

Job Title:                                      Technical Assistant
Location:   Baku, Azerbaijan

MAIN DUTIES:

Interface with Data/ACET support to ensure workflow is efficient.
Operate ACET/Client MMS (e.g. Maximo).
Assist with CTR’s and budgets.
Maintain Inspection Query/Remedial Order Registers/documentation.
Assist in review of incoming workflow as instructed by Senior Engineers as required.
Gather data from Engineering drawings as instructed.
Provide general assistance to Engineers on all Projects at all times.
Produce accurate reports/results as per Engineers instructions.
Maintain filing system.
Assist in the development of Project plans and their maintenance.
Assist in preparation of regular client reports.
Assist in the preparation of inspection work packs.
Retrieve project specific technical data from clients library/documentation.
Prepare overheads for engineer’s presentations.
Undertake any other duties of a reasonable nature as required by Senior Engineer(s).
COMPETENCY – SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Suitable qualifications may be taken in lieu of work experience.
Proficiency in English, Azeri & Russian.
Proficient in all or the majority of the following packages:
Microsoft Access, Excel, Project, Word and Powerpoint
Some technical knowledge of ACET is an advantage.
Proficient in the use of engineering drawings; both isometric and P&ID.
Oil industry knowledge and work experience.
