Pasha Insurance is looking for Head of Admin & Security Department who will manage and handle the administrative and managerial tasks of department. The main role is to provide administrative support to company, manage budget of the department and supervise the staff. Admin & Security Director reports to the Chief Finance & Admin Officer of the Company.

Core Competencies:

• Extensive knowledge of admin & office management procedures
• Development, implementation and monitoring of admin procedures
• Stock management, organization of refurbishment and maintenance works
• Organization of purchasing process of all goods and services for company
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and oral
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to establish and maintain good rapport with supervisors, employees, the public (including legal enforcement)
• Strong administrative skills and ability to handle multiple projects
• Knowledge of the general corporate security environment and related issues

Work Experience:

At least 3 years of mid- or senior managerial experience in the same field.
