 Caspian International Broking is Insurance and Reinsurance Broking Company established and registered in 1999 making us among the oldest established insurance and reinsurance broking companies in Azerbaijan, now within exclusive networking agreement for the region with Jardine Lloyd Thompson, UK.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and bright graduate to join our company as a Trainee Insurance Broker.

      The duties will include (but not limited to):

• Undertaking the Trainee Broker Development Program with the aim of becoming a Broker within a 2-year period.
• Responsible for allocated clients
• Providing support and assistance to the team
• Reporting to the Team Leader and/or Director
• To lease and arrange insurance cover as agreed with the customer over the phone.
• To respond efficiently, accurately and effectively to customer requests relating to their insurance policies
• To build, develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new clients.
    

 Requirements:

• University degree. Preference will be given to candidates educated in Economy
• Fluency in Azerbaijan, Russian and English
• Self starting person, with an excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to learn quickly, organise yourself efficiently.
• Analytical skills  and work well under pressure at all times.
• Self motivated, flexible, adaptable, confident, numerate and computer literate with an excellent telephone manner.
• Well presented, a team player with strong admin skills and attention to detail.
• Abbility to work with a degree of independence.
